Rosin for double bass

Rosin improves and optimizes the sound of the instrument. It is simply applied on the bow. Inexpensive rosin is the Carlsson rosin, Petz rosin and Nyman rosin. The Andrea rosin is produced carefully by hand in the USA and is bought often by many professional musicians. By Pirastro there are also different types of rosin for double bass.

Rosin by Pirastro for double bass
