DYNAMO SOLO violin string SET by Thomastik-Infeld

Thomastik-Infeld's DYNAMO® strings for violin combine characteristics that are not normally found together in one set.
In addition to the regular sets for violin (NR.DY100), the SOLO set includes two further alternative single violin strings: the tin-plated E string NR. DY01S and the silver G string NR.DY04B – allowing you to change the sound slightly if desired.

These two alternative strings complete the new DYNAMO® SOLO set NR.DY100S. Using the No.DY01S and the NR.DY04B gives the set a slightly warmer sound. The E string NR.DY01S gives the entire set a more soloistic character. However, this does not change the tone color, as the warmth and powerful core of the G string NR.DY04B further enhances the overall warmth of the set.

Very soloistic string, brighter and more brilliant than the regular E string (No. DY01). Especially recommended for violins with a low string action on the E string – these instruments can benefit from the powerful sound of the No. DY01S string.

• DY02 a1 Synthetic core, aluminum wound, with ball end
• DY03A d1 Synthetic core, silver wound, with ball end
• DY04B g Synthetic core, silver wound, with ball end

Even richer in tone colors and broader in sound than the regular G string (NR.DY04). But also a little more demanding to play. Recommended for violins with a very direct sound that need a lot of timbres.
