The Il Cannone Warm & Broad A-string provides significantly more warmth and volume and is the ideal choice for very bright-sounding instruments that need the sound properties of the A-string. Here you get the best result when you combine Warm & Broad A and D strings.

The Warm & Broad D-string has a nice, almost »full« warmth (like the Magnacore D-Medium), but offers more clarity in the sound and is more powerful than the Magnacore, and that without higher tension.

The Thomastik-Infeld Spirocore G and C strings have a round, homogeneous and powerful sound. Easy to grip, with a good response. Very good tuning stability, long service life. The most popular cello strings.
