Bow Hold Buddy grip-aid

Bow Hold Buddy Grip Aid – perfect bow hold for violin & viola

The Bow Hold Buddy is an innovative grip aid for bow-hold training, developed in the USA directly from real-life string teaching practice. It helps beginners and students learn the correct bow hold quickly and sustainably – for a relaxed hand position and improved control while bowing.

Bow Hold Buddies are a combination of two fun designs: Frog and Fish. They are positioned directly on the bow and can be adjusted individually depending on the player’s hand size. This makes them ideal for children, teens, and adults in lessons.

Effective support for correct finger placement

The Frog helps guide the correct placement of the index and middle fingers. The Fish provides comfortable support for the ring finger and little finger. This supports proper bow-hold technique in an impressive way and helps prevent bad habits early on.

Ideal for lessons and school orchestras

The Bow Hold Buddy is a valuable tool for instrumental lessons, school orchestra programs, and home practice. In the USA, it has received very positive feedback from students, parents, violin teachers, and school orchestra directors.
