The PIRASTRO Tonica Gold violin strings set combines strings with a synthetic core made of nylon and the popular E-string with plain steel core from the PIRASTRO Gold series. The string set is characterized by a harmonically rich and round sound.

The special nylon core is made of finest, most flexible single filaments. Lively and round sound, easy tone attack. Clear and balanced timbre, rich in overtones, without metallic harshness. Lively, open and direct tone, great projection and brilliance. Warm basic sound. Big and powerful tonal volume, high degree of modulation. Very easy and fast response, quickly tuned, resistant to great changes in humidity.
The Tonica E-Gold Label strings set is only available with ball-end.
