Instructions for return

1. Complete the return form
   Download the return form here, complete it and enclose it with your return. If you do not have a printer, you can include a note with your customer or invoice number and a list of returned items.
2. Please pack the items securely to avoid damage during return. We can only accept goods in their original condition.
3. Send the goods with sufficient postage to:

For returns from outside Germany, please contact us in advance by e-mail or via the contact form. We will inform you of the next steps.

Please report the return of cello and bass cases in advance by e-mail or via the contact form. Within Germany you will receive a return label (fee: 10 EUR), outside Germany the return shipment is at your own expense.
