Weighing only 3.9 kg, the GEWA Air is one of the lightest high-performance cello cases in its class. The specially developed thermoplastic shell provides extremely high impact and break resistance while maintaining optimized exterior dimensions for easy transport.

Maximum Protection

The highly torsion-resistant shell eliminates the need for the traditional closing lip found on earlier models. Exposed areas are reinforced with a slim yet highly effective aluminum protective edge.

Inside, a padded suspension system securely cradles the instrument and absorbs shocks. An integrated aluminum bridge protection rail prevents pressure in the sensitive bridge area.

Thanks to outstanding insulation properties (only 0.025 W/mK thermal conductivity), the case helps protect your cello from temperature fluctuations – a major advantage when traveling.

Comfortable Transport

The ergonomically shaped back section allows fatigue-free carrying. The included 2 neoprene backpack straps with an additional safety strap ensure stable and comfortable transport.

Handcrafted genuine leather handles underline the premium quality and provide additional carrying comfort.
