Massage ball made of Neem wood for acupressure.

The special design of the "porcupine ball" is similar to an acupressure. The central nervous system is stimulated and the regeneration is accelerated.
Regular use helps to promote blood circulation and thus improve oxygen supply and blood circulation in the tissues and muscles.
Glued fasces and tense muscles gradually become loosened. In this way pain resulting from tension can be alleviated.

Especially as a musician with long rehearsals or audition the arms/hands, the back are often stressed by prolonged sitting and playing or feet when standing.

Application: When lying down, place the painful part of the body relaxed on the ball, release all tension and breathe deeply and calmly so that the ball can sink deep into the muscle tissue.
When standing, the ball may e.g. rest between the wall and your shoulders. For loosening the foot muscles, place the ball under the sole of the foot and roll it slowly over the ball back and forth.
