The little CONCERT MUTE

The Concert WMute consists of a specially refined bronze that focuses and amplifies the sound. The contact surface with the bridge and the string is covered with a thin layer of velvet, which reduces the unwanted overtones and rounds off the sound, taking into account the natural sound of your instrument.
For a perfectly balanced, muted sound, place the mute between the second and third strings. If you place it between other strings, the tone colour changes slightly. Hang the miute on the fourth string next to the tailpiece to avoid tone changes when you don't need a mute.

The larger PRACTICE MUTE

The Practice WMute also consists of a specially refined bronze. The contact surface with the bridge is covered with a layer of rubber cork, which offers the best sound. The special design of Practice WMutes offers the highest possible, strongly muffled sound and at the same time covers the most disturbing background noises without losing the natural resonance and purity of your own instrument sound.

The clip-like system enables simple and safe handling and prevents scratches on the bridge. The »after-mute effect« is also not available, the instrument does not need any time after the mute has been removed to sound properly.
