A stringed instrument should only be stored and transported under optimum humidity. The moisture stabilizer STRETTO was developed with a new technology.

Stretto is a polymer-based super absorbent humidifier that is very compact and very effective. The polymer absorbs much more water than traditional sponge-type humidifiers without the risk of water leakage. Stretto releases moisture at an ideal rate for musical instruments and maintains relative humidity at around 50-60% for up to 3 weeks. Attachment to the inside of the housing with Velcro (included in delivery).
